This video explains how to quickly set up a payment method & opt into auto-invoicing in the MyMusicStaff.

Invoicing: Invoices are automatically generated and sent to your email on file a few days before your lesson takes place. Payment is expected prior to your lesson unless an exception has been communicated and agreed upon by both parties.

Invoices can also be accessed through the “Account & Invoices” tab on the left side in MMS.

Late invoices: If an invoice is not paid in a timely manner, a 10% late fee will be added on to your total every three days the invoice goes unpaid.
